SHALL THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC MEASURE BE ADOPTED?
Shall the County of Clinton, State of Iowa, be authorized to finance the County's portion of the matching funds required as a condition to the receipt of a grant from the Vision Iowa Program for the construction of a marina, baseball stadium, aquatic center, skate park, showboat theatre, RV park, band shell and related park improvements, at a total cost for the County's portion not exceeding $3,000,000 and issue it's general obligation bonds in an amount not exceeding $3,000,000 for that purpose?
